Account Deletion Policy for Sporta Mobile App

If you wish to delete your account on the Sporta mobile app, please follow these steps:

1. Submit a Request
  Send an account deletion request to our support team at support@streamlayer.io. Please make sure to send the request from the email address associated with your Sporta account.

2. Verification Process
  Once we receive your request, we will send an email containing verification details to confirm your identity. Please follow the instructions in the email to complete the verification process.

3. Account Deletion Timeline
  After successful verification, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 3 business days.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon deletion, all data related to your account will be permanently removed from our systems, including but not limited to:

- Personal information
- Account preferences
- Activity history

Please note that once deleted, your account and data cannot be recovered.
